Visitors

Visitors are made most welcome at any of the meetings. If you arrive on your own, one of the helpers on the welcome table will advise you on what the evening is about, what other events have been arranged, any other items of interest that have been planned and introduce you to other members. Or if you arrive with an existing member they will no doubt do the same.

As a visitor, the cost of attending a meeting is £5.00. If you decide you would like to join, membership is open to everyone whatever their level of expertise or ability. Membership is currently £16.00 per year (£10.00 if you join on or after the September meeting) and, if you join at the meeting, the £5.00 cost will be deducted from your membership fee. Membership forms are available on the Welcome Table at any meeting, or you can open a printable form here which you can complete by hand and send to us as shown in the instructions on the form. If you have Microsoft Word 97 or later you can download a form which you can complete in Word and send to us via email. Click here and then save the form to a suitable location on your computer.
